November 2025 Update - Beechhurst Capital Advisors LLC Asset Allocation Model Portfolio

For the month ending October 31, 2025, we have made no changes to the portfolio after the adjustment made on October 11, 2025.

Here are our current portfolio allocations:

  • US Stocks (VTI) - 60%

  • Gold (IAU) - 15%

  • Extended Duration US Treasuries (EDV) - 15%

  • International Equities (VXUS) - 10%

We continue to place a large emphasis on equities, both US and international, since both equity ETFs in our model are performing well and their gradient scores are strengthening. For the month of October, US equities performed a little better than average on a seasonal basis, returning 2.27% vs a historic return of 2.13%. According to the seasonal heatmap seen on Barchart.com of the S&P 500, November and December are traditionally positive months, so we hope we can end the year with a Santa Claus rally to close out another strong year for US stocks.

Both gold and long dated, extended duration US treasuries are seeing some turbulence as both assets are responding to the Fed and future rate cuts. On October 29, the Fed cut the Fed Funds Rate by 0.25% but signaled that there may not be a further rate cut in December. Also, gold has had a tremendous run up since the end of August and it is normal to see a pullback and consolidation after such strong price action. We don’t believe gold will continue it’s meteoric rise in the near future.

Bonds, with the exception of EDV and real estate, are currently not included in our portfolio due to poor performance.

We are keeping an eye on both digital assets (IBIT) and the US dollar (UUP). IBIT is volatile and consolidating while UUP is beginning to uptrend and see its gradient score within the model start to increase.

As always, we believe that equities should be the base of our portfolio and that other asset classes should be included when they outperform equities. This is done in order to boost the overall performance of our model portfolio. We will keep close watch over our model and provide updates when necessary.

That’s all for now. Please stay tuned for our December update that will be published on or around December 1st. Be well and stay safe!
